Yes, our professional installers are employees of the company. They have 15-30 years of experience with us and will provide the same level of care as the office staff.
Yes. Our shutters are custom-made to ensure a precise fit and tailored aesthetic. We offer specialty shapes (in basswood) to fit any opening. We offer 6 stock paint and stain colors, as well as custom paint and stains. Note: the color options are only available in basswood.
The poly shutters are only offered in white.
No problem! We take final measurements and provide suggestions for the best design for the shutters, depending on the type of opening.
Yes. Approved dealers receive exclusive trade pricing designed to provide strong margins while remaining competitive in the market.

We offer sales and product knowledge training to your staff, as well as full on-going support to assist with your orders.
Our lead time is typically 2-3 weeks, with most orders manufactured and installed within 2 weeks.
- Send us over your completed order form
- If we are taking final measurements, we will schedule that appointment
- We will send you a work order
- Once we receive the 50% deposit, we will process the order
- We will schedule the installation and notify you of the date
- We have your client sign off on the completion of the shutter installation
The entire process is smooth and hassle free. You just sell the job and we take care of the rest!
